Albert Himoe:All is not lost. Google found my page here with "Trufant Foster" and Depression.
Albert Himoe:Thanks Will, Concerning the Circuit Flow of Money, I don't know whether Jstor has some rights to their content. I'll try photocopying the actual article from the journal. That should be safe. Got to go now.
will:The Circuit Flow of Money was published in 1922 so it means it is in the public domain, see http://www.unc.edu/~unclng/public-d.htm We might need find a copy of the journal and type it in from that to go beyond reproach, but content wise it is free! I checked the file date for that little pirate icon and it matched the date broadside johnnie was editing the coffeehouse schedule page so it should be left in.
